Standard Production Times

Most standard, in-house custom apparel and merchandise orders are typically completed within 5–10 business days after payment, required artwork approvals, and product availability are confirmed.

Many orders are completed sooner, often within approximately five business days. However, we recommend allowing the full 5–10-business-day window, especially during busy production periods.

This includes most standard custom Richardson 112 hats and select stocked Richardson PTS styles when materials and in-house production capacity are available.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Large, Bulk & Specialty Orders

Larger bulk orders, complex embroidery, specialty promotional products, sublimated uniforms, online team stores, and orders requiring outside production may have longer turnaround times.

Some large or outsourced projects may require 2–3 weeks or longer. Our team will confirm the applicable production schedule before accepting a custom project.

Artwork Approval & Production Start

Production begins once all required information, payment, artwork approvals, and materials are available.

Orders requiring custom design, logo preparation, embroidery digitizing, or proof approval may require additional preparation time.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on our production schedule, materials, order quantity, and decoration requirements.

Additional rush charges may apply. All rush requests must be approved by Pataskala Customs before a deadline can be confirmed.

Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm event or delivery deadline.

Shipping

Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout where available or confirmed as part of a custom quote.

Shipping transit time is additional to production time and begins once the order has been shipped.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when available.

International shipping may be available upon request, subject to product and carrier availability.

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at Pataskala Customs when offered for your order.

Production or Shipping Delays

If an order is delayed because of inventory, artwork approval, production workload, supplier availability, or shipping disruptions, we will communicate significant changes to the expected schedule.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide an updated schedule and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Specific timelines confirmed in a product listing, approved quotation, or team-store program may supersede these general estimates.
